Perfect as a breakfast option if you’re short for time or don’t like eating breakfast!
Ingredients
30g protein powder of choice (optional)
20g oats
20g greek yoghurt
50g banana
50g strawberry
1 handful of spinach
200ml almond milk
3 cubes of ice
Method
Simply blend all the ingredients together. Use whichever fruits you like (I recommend not using fruits with a skin eg. blueberries and grapes, as these leave a residue in the bottom of the shake).
